Offices, retail, HOA communities, and multi-family properties β professionally painted on your schedule, with minimal disruption to your tenants and operations.
Commercial painting isn't residential painting at a larger scale. The logistics, products, scheduling, and requirements are fundamentally different β and most residential painters aren't equipped for it.
We work nights, early mornings, and weekends to paint around your business operations. Your customers and employees never walk through a paint zone. We schedule phases so your facility stays operational throughout the project.
Occupied commercial spaces require low-odor, low-VOC formulations. We use Sherwin-Williams ProMar 200 Zero-VOC and Benjamin Moore Natura for all occupied commercial work β no fumes, no complaints, no ventilation shutdowns.
Large commercial projects are broken into phases with a dedicated project manager, daily progress reports, and a schedule that keeps every stakeholder informed. We coordinate with building management, tenants, and HOA boards as needed.
Our commercial liability insurance covers projects of any scale. Certificates of insurance are provided immediately upon request. We carry the coverage levels required by most commercial property managers and HOA management companies.
Common areas, hallways, conference rooms, individual offices, and breakrooms. We paint after hours or in phases to keep your team productive throughout the project.
Storefronts, showrooms, fitting rooms, and back-of-house areas. Durable commercial paints that hold up to customer traffic, scuffs, and regular cleaning.
Full community exterior repaints, common area buildings, clubhouses, and amenity facilities. We work with HOA boards and management companies on scheduling and approvals.
Apartment buildings, condo complexes, and townhome communities β both interior common areas and exterior building painting. Unit-by-unit or common-area-first sequencing available.
Zero-VOC, food-safe formulations for dining rooms, kitchens, and service areas. We work around your hours of operation β typically early morning before prep begins.
Interior and exterior painting for industrial facilities, warehouses, and manufacturing spaces. Epoxy coatings, traffic paint, safety markings, and heavy-duty industrial finishes.

Ryan or Jake conducts a thorough site walkthrough, takes measurements, photographs all surfaces, and identifies any prep issues. For large projects, we schedule a pre-bid meeting with your facility manager or HOA board.
You receive a comprehensive proposal: scope of work broken down by area, product specifications, schedule, crew size, and total pricing. No vague "per square foot" estimates β every item is itemized so you know exactly what you're getting.
We work with your team to create a phased schedule that minimizes disruption. Common areas can often be done in 1β2 days each. Full building exteriors are phased by section. We're flexible β if Friday night is the only window, we're there Friday night.
Commercial spaces require careful protection of furniture, equipment, flooring, and fixtures. We use commercial-grade poly sheeting and tape, and our crew protects everything as if it were our own property.
Jake manages all commercial projects personally, with daily text updates to the property manager or owner. If schedule changes arise (weather, access issues), you know immediately β not after the fact.
A formal punch-list walkthrough with the property manager or HOA representative ensures every item in the scope has been completed to specification. We do not issue the final invoice until you sign off that the work is complete.
