Jennifer Park started Shine Pro Cleaning in 2012 after years working as a hotel housekeeper supervisor and realizing that most residential cleaning companies simply didn't hold themselves to any real standard. She knew what "clean" actually meant — and wanted to bring that same hotel-grade attention to detail into Seattle family homes.
What started as Jennifer cleaning homes herself has grown into a team of 22 background-checked, IICRC-trained cleaners covering the entire Seattle metro area. Her daughter Amy joined the business in 2020 and now manages scheduling and client relations — keeping the family-run feel as the company has grown.
Jennifer is hands-on to this day — she still trains every new cleaner personally and does quarterly quality checks on client homes. That's how standards stay high when you have 22 people on the team.
